Empire Red Griotte Marble Mantle

Fine Empire style red griotte and ormolu mounted mantle with a rectangular top raised on voluted supports and decorated with ormolu rosettes and foliate sprays, ending in paw feet on a rectangular plinth, C.1820-1830, mantle measuring 66"wide (167.6), 41 1/4" high (104.8cm), 18" deep (45.7cm).
